A customer uses a Woopz screen—whether at a fitting room, kiosk, or info terminal—to request a product. They immediately get a confirmation that a team member is on it.

Staff Receives the Notification
The request appears in real time on the Companion app. It shows exactly which item is needed and where to deliver it.

Staff Stay in Control
Employees can easily toggle the Companion service on or off depending on staffing levels—ensuring it works smoothly without overloading the team. The rest of the core functions in the Woopz platform still works!
