What is included in the licence?
Unlimited kiosk licences, Woopz mobile version, Data insights and reporting, Integration and setup, Support, updates and tailoring. Hardware is priced separately.
Is hardware included?
No. Hardware is priced separately so you can choose the right screens and mounts for each store. Our standard solution is optimised for selected Newland Android devices in 10-inch and 15-inch formats, and other Android hardware can be supported.
How does the pilot work?
A pilot costs €1,000 per store and runs for up to six months. You test Woopz in real stores, measure the impact with weekly reports and decide on a wider rollout with data in hand.
How many stores are in the base licence?
The SaaS base licence covers 10 stores at €4,500 per month. Each additional store is €150 per month.
What does CSAT+ cost?
